Elizabeth Lowenthal

Tutor

Ms. Lowenthal brings over seven years of teaching experience to Prestige Academic Prep. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education with a minor in History from Mount St. Mary’s University. Currently enrolled at Hood College, Ms. Lowenthal is pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health.

Ms. Lowenthal has taught students from pre-K to fifth grade and is currently working within Frederick County Public Schools. She is a certified educator in several reading programs, including Orton Gillingham and Neuhaus, specializing in supporting students with dyslexia. Outside of tutoring and teaching, she stays busy by spending time with her pets and learning Arabic.
